Seamaroc's accomodation is located on a quiet street in the Medina and is a traditional Moroccan riad, which means it is a large traditional Moroccan house that is built around a central courtyard. Our riad is decorated in traditional Moroccan decor and has a range of twin, double and triple bed options. All our rooms have ensuite bathrooms and are serviced daily. The Riad has a roof terrace with incredible views of the ocean and the Medina, and is a great place to relax with a cup of mint tea after a day in the surf. Our welcoming staff are available 24/7 to assist with all your requests and answer any questions you might have.
Essaouira is seamaroc's original home! many of our guests surf and do yoga in Essaouira and it is a long time favourite place in Morocco for the seamaroc team. Essaouira is a UNESCO World Heritage listed town and its' medina is a late 18th century fortified medina. It has long been a popular destination for many musicians, artists and travellers. Surrounded by ramparts and with a thriving fishing port, Jimi Hendrix and Frank Zappa are among many who have enjoyed Essaouira’s other-worldly charm. A great place to explore when not in the surf, there is a huge variety of cafes, bars restaurants as well as a souk with many exotic treasures and local produce. We offer many day trips to the surrounding areas of Essaouira, whether it be for a surf trip or pop up yoga session, as this gives guests the opportunity to not only surf in Essaouira and its surrounding spots, but also to see some of the stunning Moroccan landscape and visit small villages along the way!
